All treatments must be reserved with a credit card. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for single treatments and 48 hours in advance for multiple treatments; late cancels will be charged 50% of the treatment fee and same-day cancels will be redeemed in full. Our policy is designed to respect other guests and to provide compensation to our specialists who are reserved for your appointment time.
