GIFT CARDS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

Botanic Face & Body Spa Gift Cards are issued subject to the following Terms & Conditions. The purchase, acceptance, or use of a Gift Card constitutes agreement to these Terms & Conditions. Botanic Face & Body Spa reserves the right to revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Gift Cards expire three (3) years from the date of issue.

 

Redemption, Expiration, Exchange & Fees

 

Gift Cards may be redeemed only in the country in which they were purchased and are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards not redeemed within this period will expire and will not be eligible for refund, credit, or exchange.

 

Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law. Botanic Face & Body Spa does not guarantee the availability of any specific service at the time of redemption.

 

Promotional discounts and offers may not be applied at the time of Gift Card purchase but may be applied at the time of redemption where permitted.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards

 

Botanic Face & Body Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards and will not replace or refund them unless the original transaction can be verified in Botanic Face & Body Spa’s records without unreasonable effort. No representation is made that transaction records can be retrieved in all cases.

 

Each Gift Card contains a unique identification number required for redemption. Botanic Face & Body Spa assumes no responsibility for unauthorized use of a Gift Card once the identification number has been disclosed.
